95m² on the 2nd floor, it accommodates up to 10 people easily with 2 floors.

Bedroom: 3 separate rooms with double bed of 1m40 and wardrobe for your clothes
2 sofa beds for additional sleeping

Kitchen: Opened, bright and functional large kitchen with necessary equipment
Oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a cooking place
Everything is at your service to cook as if you were at home (oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, tea and sugar)

Bathroom: there is a bathroom on each floor with shower, sink, toilet, towels and hairdryer

Detergents for the cleaning at the end of your stay.

Lounge: TV and a comfortable sofa to read or relax.

Low season : 180 € per day – 1000 € per week
High season : 510 € per day – 1200 € per week (August, July)
On Christmas Markets: 270 € per day – 1500 € per week
